Multilevel Reselling
DirectAdmin only allows admin accounts to create resellers by default. However, XenReseller adds 3 new levels of reseller. Super Alpha, Alpha and Master Reseller. This enables other resellers to create subresellers in addition to normal users, all within your defined limits.
Using the Dashboard, you can upgrade and downgrade accounts between User, Reseller and any other level of reseller.
Dashboard
XenReseller's Dashboard gives you and your users an all-in-one place to manage accounts and packages. This allows everything to be managed with one system, instead of having to use both a plugin and DirectAdmin (you are still able to use DirectAdmin if you wish).
Additionally, the Dashboard allows you to view the total usage in digestible charts. Giving you a easy way to see which users may be using too much resources.
The Dashboard also allows you to login as other resellers (if you have ownership), as well as configure features such as Suspension Chain and Auto Suspend/Terminate.
Recursive Limits
The limits you set at the top will be respected all the way to the bottom of the chain. From disk/bandwidth limits to the number of domain pointers. In addition, toggable features are also inherited, such as System Info and Plugin Access.
Account Chains
XenReseller builds a hierarchy from the top downwards, where all users are linked to an owner. This creates an Account Chain, which can be viewed easily in the Dashboard. The benefit of this system means that users can easily be moved between resellers, as well as up or down the chain (depending on the account level).
Additionally, the Account Chain can be used to suspend/terminate all users in that chain depending on who the action is performed on. This ensures that no users are orphaned and still exist on your server.
WHMCS Module
XenReseller comes with a WHMCS module that allows you take full advantage of multilevel reselling. By default DirectAdmin's API will deny access to other resellers if you are not an admin, therefore the default module will not work. However, the XenReseller module is fully featured and takes advantage of the entire system.
The XenReseller WHMCS module enables resellers to perform all needed actions on their subresellers as well as users. Additionally, Usage Billing is fully supported, and works with all levels of multireselling.
The default module uses form based authentication for logging into DirectAdmin, which is less secure. XenReseller's module overcomes this by harnesses the power of direct passthrough logins.
Backups
Your multireseller levels and settings are all backed up automatically. If you feel you need more protection, you can backup down to the hour, with configurable retention options to prevent high disk usage.
Restoring is a breeze as well, simply select the backup you want to restore and XenReseller will do the rest.
