Backups
XenReseller comes with automatic backups by default. These are separate backups from DirectAdmin you will need to copy these separately if you backup your server.
What does XenReseller backup?
XenReseller will backup the following:
- Users - package, usage and owner
- Packages - details, limits and owner
XenReseller automatically syncs with DirectAdmin so if you have made changes to packages, the system will use the latest package details from DirectAdmin not the backup. This does not apply to level limits.
Backup Location
Backups are stored in /usr/local/directadmin/plugins/xenreseller/backups
Backup Frequency
You can configure backup frequency between an hour, day, week or month.
Backup Retention
You can configure how many backups to keep between 1 to 365 backups.
Restoring Backups
To restore a backup, make sure that the backup is placed in the backup location folder above.
You will then be able to see your backup in the restore section in the admin settings.
After select the correct backup, click "Restore Backup" and XenReseller will restore the backup and restart.
